The Choices Program was developed by Jonathan Bender and is designed to help young people aged 11-17 to find their passions, identify their personal gifts and learn about the potential professional paths related to their combination of passion and talent.

The Choices Program consists of 5 Phases: Launch, Discovery, Application, Execution, and Expo/Gala.
